Licences and activation
Vehla Pro is a one-time purchase that works on two Macs at a time. Enter the licence from Settings › Privacy & Pro. To move it to a new Mac, deactivate the old one in the same place first. If a Mac was lost or wiped before you could deactivate it, email us and we will release the seat.
Inside the app the Pro tier is labelled Premium. They are the same thing.
Refunds
Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email admin@kailalabs.com from the purchase address. Details are in the refund policy.
Something isn't working
Before writing, check install and permissions: most problems are a missing Accessibility, Input Monitoring or Screen Recording permission, which macOS only grants per feature. The Command Palette's vehla health command lists every permission and feature and links to the setting that needs attention.
When you email, include your macOS version, the Vehla version from the menu bar's App tab, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. A screen recording is worth more than a paragraph.
Crash reports
If Vehla quits unexpectedly, the next launch offers to email the crash report. Nothing is sent unless you choose to, and you can see exactly what the email contains before it goes. You can turn the offer off in Settings › Privacy & Pro.
Privacy questions
Vehla does not run an inference server and never sees your prompts, selections or clipboard. The privacy policy lists what is and isn't collected; if something there is unclear, ask.
