What to put in the email

For support, the four most useful things to include:

  1. Your Vehla version (Settings → Updates).
  2. Your macOS version and Mac model (Apple menu → About This Mac).
  3. Whether you're using a local model or a cloud provider.
  4. What you expected vs. what happened. Screenshots help.

We typically reply within a few hours during business days, and within 24 hours on weekends. Real humans, often the engineer who wrote the code in question.
